A portable power generation apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing; a shaft which is installed to rotate in the housing; a wire-wound pulley which is coupled to the shaft and is rotated with the shaft at the time of rotation; a weight which has one end connected to the wire; an elasticity restoration unit which forms a restoration force in a direction opposite to the rotation direction at the time of rotation of the shaft; a power generation unit which receives power according to the rotation of the shaft and generates electricity; and a charge battery which stores the electricity generated in the power generation unit. |
