The present invention relates to a steel reinforcement eccentricity connector for a precast block or a concrete of a new structure for connecting two reinforcing steels not arranged in a straight line with each other and a method for connecting the steel reinforcement using the same. The steel reinforcement eccentricity connector for the precast block or the concrete comprises: a fixing block (10) which is extended to the front and rear sides, and comprises a first and a second combining part (12, 13) where male screws (12a, 13a) are formed on a circumference thereof; a first and a second support tank body (21, 22) which are screwed to the first and the second combining part (12, 12); and a first and a second rotation block (31, 32) which are combined to the inside of the first and the second support tank body as being rotatable, and are combined to an end of the first and the second reinforcing steel (1, 2). The first and the second combining part (12, 13) are configured to have center lines (C1, C2) to be separated from each other. And the first and the second reinforcing steel (1, 2) not located in a straight line can be fixed to each other solidly, by combining the first and the second reinforcing steel (1, 2) to the first and the second rotation block (31, 32) by a screw. |
