The present invention relates to a system of a return filter for a construction equipment, comprising: a hydraulic oil storage tank to store a hydraulic oil; a main filter provided in the hydraulic oil storage tank to filter the hydraulic oil returned to the hydraulic oil storage tank; a check valve opened to divert the hydraulic oil from the main filter to supply them to the hydraulic oil storage tank upon malfunctioning the main filter; and an auxiliary filter provided on the outside of the hydraulic oil storage tank to filter the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil storage tank, wherein the auxiliary filter is operated at the time of failure or malfunction of the main filter. According to the present invention, the system of the return filter is provided with an additional return filter system outside of the hydraulic oil storage tank, allowing a complete filtering of the hydraulic oil in case of malfunctioning the conventional return filter system or no filtration, and preventing malfunctioning and reducing the lifecycle of the equipment caused by using unfiltered hydraulic oil. Additionally, the system of the return filter is effective in reducing abnormal noise in the equipment and preventing chemical changes in the seals or the like by preventing oil deterioration by the complete filtering. |
