Provided is a floating offshore platform for an airport comprising: a main floating body which has buoyancy to float on the sea; a landing strip which is installed on the top of the main floating body and allows an aircraft to take off and land thereon; a position control unit which is connected to the main floating body and controls the position of the main floating body; and a rolling control unit which is connected to the main floating body and maintains the balance of the main floating body by absorbing waves. Therefore, the floating offshore platform for an airport absorbs waves generated in a state that the landing strip is installed on the main floating body using the vertical reciprocating energy generated by the position control unit and the rolling control unit and allows the aircraft to stably take off and land on the landing strip by maintaining the balance of the main floating body while preventing the main floating body from rolling due to the waves.
