The present invention relates to a sludge blanket sharing-type high-speed coagulation and precipitation apparatus and a method for coagulating and precipitating sludge. More specifically, the present invention relates to a sludge processing apparatus and a sludge processing method for purifying sewage and waste water. The present invention relates to the sludge blanket sharing-type high-speed coagulation and precipitation apparatus and the method for coagulating and precipitating sludge wherein sludge can be coagulated and precipitated at a high speed as the size of flock is adjusted by flow of the flock between an cogelation tank and a precipitation tank. The sludge blanket sharing-type high-speed coagulation and precipitation apparatus includes: coagulation tanks (11, 12) in which a coagulant is inserted; the cogelation tank (13) which receives a coagulation solution, including the flock coagulated by the coagulation tanks (11, 12), and grows the flock; and a precipitation tank (15) which is connected to the cogelation tank (13) and allows the sludge blanket to be formed. |
