The present invention relates to an exhaust gas treatment apparatus. Specifically, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: an exhaust gas heater into which exhaust gas discharged from an incineration plant is supplied and where the exhaust gas is heated; an ammonia water heater for conveying the heat of the condensate supplied from the exhaust gas heater to the ammonia water; an SCR connected to the exhaust gas heater through a connecting duct; and a spray unit for supplying evaporated ammonia to the exhaust gas passing through the connecting duct. The ammonia water heater comprises: a first carburetor passage for receiving the condensate from the discharge pipe; and a second carburetor passage for receiving ammonia from the ammonia supply pipe and for conveying the heat of the condensate to the ammonia. The second carburetor passage comprises: a main pipe; and one or more branch pipes with both ends connected to the main pipe and which form a flow path branched from the main pipe.
