A mattress for evenly gathering and dispersing human body gravity comprises surface layer elasticity connecting cloth (1), elastic support frame (2), side connecting cloth (3), and a filling region (4), a granular filler (5), a filling material inlet and outlet (6), lower connecting cloth (7), a foot limiting belt (8), a leg limiting belt (9), a hip limiting belt (10), and a back limiting belt (11) ("limiting belts" for short). Widths of the limiting bands (8, 9, 10, 11) are less than a width of the filling region. Upper ends and the lower ends of the limiting belts (8, 9, 10, 11) are separately connected on upper layer cloth and lower layer cloth. When the mattress is squeezed by human body gravity, the granular filler moves towards a gravity blank region, and fills a gap between a human body and the mattress, so as to make the human body have a bigger balancing stress surface and implement the balance of the human body gravity, and to self-adapted to a sleeping position of lying on the side or lying flat, so that a pillow is not needed during the sleep. The mattress has functions of improving blood circulation, and relieving fatigue of joints and muscles, and can avoid discomfort due to uneven stress. The mattress is divided into one or more independent filling regions by using dividing side cloth (12), so that the mattress can be used by one or more persons. |
