摘要 The present invention relates to paper using Fagopyrum esculentum as a main ingredient and a preparing method thereof. The method is used to prepare paper based on Fagopyrum esculentum and starch powder to enable a user to wrap vegetables, meat, and seafood with paper based on unrolled paper using the Fagopyrum esculentum, and make rolls with the food and sauce. Therefore, the method makes paper based on Fagopyrum esculentum in order to be used for cold noodle. The method includes: an ingredient preparing step of preparing Fagopyrum esculentum powder, starch powder, Salicornia europaea L. sugar; a mixing step comprising a first mixing step of mixing the Fagopyrum esculentum powder and the starch powder for the first time to prepare a first mixture, and a second mixing step of mixing the Salicornia europaea L. and sugar to the first mixture in order to prepare a second mixture; a kneading step of adding cooking oil and Pueraria lobata Ohwi juice to the second mixture to knead the mixture; an aging step of wrapping the mixed dough with a fabric cover or a plastic wrap and aging the dough in a refrigerator; an extending step of spreading the aged dough in a predetermined thickness; and a scattering step of scattering the Fagopyrum esculentum powder onto both surface of the shaped paper based on Fagopyrum esculentum; a cutting step of cutting the paper scattered with the powder; and a packing step of vacuum-packing the paper.
