The present invention relates to a transfer apparatus including a transfer object cooling apparatus, comprising: a mounting module where a transfer object supplied in a heated state is mounted; a fixing module which fixates the transfer object by pressurizing the transfer object mounted on the mounting module selectively from a direction opposite to the mounting module; a cooling module included in at least one of the mounting module and the fixing module, cooling a part of the transfer object; and a driving module which moves the transfer object by moving at least one of the mounting module and the fixing module. The transfer apparatus is able to cool a portion to partially reduce strength.
