The present invention relates to a PCB router bit exchange module, and more specifically, to a PCB router bit exchange module which discards a router bit used for a spindle of a PCB router system when the router bit is worn out, and exchanges the router bit for a new router bit. Also, the PCB router bit exchange module automatically exchanges a worn router bit of a spindle attached to a PCB router system to be transported, and comprises: a discarding unit to load the worn router bit released and dropped from a chuck of the spindle transported by a transport device of the PCB router system; a plurality of supply tables on which a new router bit is placed to allow the chuck of the spindle to grip (fix) the new router bit; a tray on which a plurality of new router bits are arranged in rows and columns; and a transferer to grip the new router bits one at a time from the tray and place the new router bits on the supply tables.
