Agent for diagnostic control of technical state of suspension elements passing railway objects are composed of devices for automatic reading of instantaneous values of forces action wheel and rail track. Device for automatic reading of instantaneous values of forces action wheel and rail track are equipped with self-contained power supply sources. Analysing information obtained by means of automatic devices for reading of instantaneous values of forces action wheel and rail, is made with possibility of its comparison to typical average data corresponding to specific types of damages to elements of the suspension.EFFECT: result is possibility of objective automated monitoring of technical state of railway vehicle in motion at any section of path, ease of operation of the used equipment, reduced power consumption.10 cl, 3 dwg
