STANDBY POWER INTERRUPTING DEVICE USING THE MAGNETIC FORCE

The present invention relates to a standby cutoff device using magnetic force and, more specifically, to a standby cutoff device comprising: a magnet unit which is installed around a main connection unit to supply external power to an electrical device and provides magnetic force; a first connection unit connected to an external power supply; a second connection unit connected to the first connection unit and the main connection unit to supply the power supplied through the first connection unit to the main connection unit; a magnetic material installed at one side of the second connection unit to keep the main connection unit and the second connection unit connected to each other and attracted to the magnet unit by the magnetic force generated in the magnetic unit; and a standby power cutoff unit opening or closing a power supply circuit provided between the first and second connection units according to whether the main connection unit and the second connection unit are connected to each other. The standby cutoff device using magnetic force according to the present invention enables the second connection unit and the main connection unit to be easily connected to each other by using the magnetic force and the power supply circuit for applying the power from the first connection unit to the main connection unit to be opened or shorted in response to the magnetic force, thereby cutting off standby power with simple arrangements.
