FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to thickening composition, characterised by viscosity from low to moderate, as well as to cosmetic preparation, which contains such composition. Thickening composition contains (a) from 0.1 to 2 wt % of certain hydrophobic denatured polyetherurethane of formulawhere each of R, Rand Rindependently represents alkylene group, containing from 2 to 4 carbon atoms, or phenylethylene group; Rrepresents alkylene group, containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms and optionally possessing urethane bond; Rstands for linear, branched or secondary alkyl group, containing from 8 to 36 carbon atoms; m equals 2 to more; h equals 1 or more; k has value from 1 to 500; and n has value from 1 to 200, and (b) from 0.1 to 2 wt % of microgel, obtained by crushing gel of hydrophilic compound, possessing gel-forming ability, with ratio component (a)/component (b), having value from 0.1/0.9 to 0.9/0.1 (by weight) which has viscosity from 50 to 50000 mPa·s. Cosmetic preparation contains said thickening composition.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain thickening composition, providing freshness, absence of stickiness and sensation of being absorbed by skin, as well not leaving any traces on skin, capable of preserving viscosity in low-moderate viscosity range, and viscosity of which is not subjected to changes even when salt type ingredient is introduced into composition.6 cl, 1 dwg, 5 tbl |
