Cast element comprises metal housing (2) and section (9) of surface, which during casting is exposed to molten metal. Housing on portion of surface in contact with melt equipped with molten metal-resistant corrosion-resistant coating (3) formed using microparticles and/or nanoparticles of one or more substances from a group comprising borides, nitrides and carbides of transition metals and alloys thereof, as well as boron, silicon and AlO.
