FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: unit and method of producing liquid helium contains the cooling/liquefaction device, comprising a payload circuit, subjecting the working substance enriched by helium to a thermodynamic cycle. Wherein the circuit contains a working substance compressing device, and multiple heat exchangers for the liquid substance cooling/heating to specified temperature levels during the cycle. The unit contains multiple pipelines for the liquid substance recuperation. The front ends of these pipelines are selectively connected with appropriate mobile tanks on semitrailers for the liquid substance movement from the tanks to the cooling/liquefaction device. The payload circuit is an opened circuit and receives, selectively, the liquid substance outside the circuit at the level of the recuperation pipelines. The unit contains the first accumulating pipeline, its front end is connected with the recuperation pipelines. Besides the rear end is connected with the receiver, that can provide the payload circuit feed with the working substance. The unit contains one second and one third accumulating pipelines, each of them has the front end connected with the recuperation pipelines, and the rear end connected with the payload circuit. The rear ends of the second and third accumulating pipelines are connected with the different set points of the payload circuit that correspond to the different temperatures of the working substance in the payload circuit.EFFECT: higher energy efficiency of the unit.14 cl, 1 dwg |
