FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: method includes increasing capacity of an energy accumulation device by application of a material in a porous structure of the energy accumulation device with the help of the atomic layer deposition process designed to increase distance, through which electrolyte penetrates inside the channels of porous structure, or placement of the dielectric material in the porous structure. Another method includes annealing of the energy accumulation device, in order to cause diffusion of electroconductive substance to the structure surface and formation of the electroconductive layer on it.
