FIELD: safety systems.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to panoramic television surveillance, which is carried out by a computer system by television camera with all-round view in a region closer to a hemisphere, that is, in solid angle of 360 degrees on azimuth and tens of degrees on elevation angle.
