FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of two-ply pellets. For this, the first powder mix is first, placed on the die plate and, then, the second powder mix. The first powder mix contains pharmaceutically active substance and the binder. The second powder mix contains the binder. The second powder mix composition differs from the first one. Then, the first and second powder mixes are compacted at the mould plate to get the pellets to be subjected to RF-radiation for the period sufficient for activation of the binder and fusion of pellets to a two-ply pellet.
