FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: vibration isolator includes housing in form of two interconnected angles and flexible element. Upper flange of angle-bars rigidly coupled with pin and rests on resilient element. Pin enters hole made in resilient element. On plank that connects angles in lower part of free shelves, rests bearing element of equipment. Elastic element is made of two serially connected parts with different rigidity: top in form of helical spring with built-in damper and bottom made from elastomer, for example rubber or polyurethane. Spring is a screw cylindrical one and consists of two parts with on-coming ends. First spring part is fitted with turns of rectangular section and rounded edges and second part is hollow. On-coming end of first part is located in cavity of second part. Gaps of segment profile of contacting spring parts are filled by antifriction grease. Sealing gasket is mounted at the end of the second spring part to prevent grease leakage. First part of the screw spring is embraced by a tube of damping material, for example, polyurethane.EFFECT: improved efficiency in the resonant mode of vibration isolation.1 cl, 2 dwg |
