摘要 FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric engineering, to the design of compensating devices for submerged motors used in oil production pump units. The compensating device consists of a cylindrical body having a base and a head coupled to the motor and a compensating element made as a floating piston placed inside the cylindrical body. The compensating element is equipped with metal bellows, which top part is fixed in the floating piston while its bottom part is fixed at the base. The floating piston is complete with limit stops and made as a polyhedron with rounded peaks sliding along the cylindrical body. Between the cylindrical body and edges of the floating piston there are formed channels connecting the cavity between the bellows and cylindrical body with a cavity over the floating piston, which is coupled to the motor cavity via channels made in the head. Cavity inside the bellows is coupled to annular space via the channels made in the base. The compensating device may be manufactured with several compensating elements mounted in-series in the cylindrical body, moreover lower parts of the metal bellows of the auxiliary compensating elements are fixed at the floating pistons of the underlying compensating elements while the cavities inside the bellows are interconnected via the channels made in the floating pistons.EFFECT: improved reliability, sensitivity and operating speed.4 cl, 3 dwg
