FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: application head is supplied with braces at least from two sources with a certain interval between them. First brace from the first source is separated and the resulted end part of the first brace and front end of second brace from the second source are displaced using replacing device to the corresponding position. End of the first brace is connected to the beginning of the second brace. Formed connection between the first and second braces is passed through installation until connection bypasses application head. After the connection passes head for application, the second brace is separated in the area between connection and application head. Also a device for changing braces in installation is suggested for at least one application head intended for brace applying at panel-like objects, in particular, sheet glass. It comprises at least two sources of braces, first dividing device for incoming braces on appropriate receiving and clamping device, followed by device with replacing and clamping device for transfer of separated part of the brace coupled with a head for application of receiving and clamping device to another receiving and clamping device, as well as device for connection of the end of first brace coupled with application head with front part of second brace fixed in receiving and clamping device.EFFECT: method of changing braces in installation equipped with at least one application head for applying braces at panel-like objects, in particular, sheet glass.12 cl, 3 dwg |
