FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for lifting reservoir fluid from wells. Apparatus comprises a cylindrical linear induction motor (LIM), stator 1 which covers plunger-rotor 2. Plunger-rotor 2 is in form of a ferromagnetic pipe for passage of fluid from copper-coated side of stator. Along length of tube 2 there are valves 3. Pipe is installed movably in housing of pumping unit, consisting of two parts 4 and 5 made in form of cylinders. Cylinder ends on side of stator 1 are closed with covers 6 and 7 with holes for passage of plunger-rotor 2 and seals. Stator 1 of LIM is installed between parts 4 and 5 of housing. On plunger-rotor 2 are coaxially installed resilient mechanical energy accumulators (UE) 8 and 9. Movement of plunger-rotor 2 with respect to housing parts 4 and 5 is limited by UE 8 and 9, mounted between covers 6 and 7 and flanges 10 and 11. Flanges 10 and 11 are rigidly mounted on plunger-rotor 2. Control station is provided with a speed sensor for plunger-rotor and switch of a three-phase power system of stator.EFFECT: higher reliability of drive of pump unit.1 cl, 1 dwg |
