FIELD: optics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to a method of local crystallisation of doped glass under action of laser radiation. Method of local micro-crystallisation of oxide glass is carried out using glass with dopant NdOin concentration of 0.3 to 3% (mol.). Copper vapour pulse laser is used to generate simultaneously yellow and green line with total average power of 5-15 W, pulse repetition frequency - 12.8 kHz. Laser beam is displaced relative to the sample, placed into the furnace and heated to temperature of 10-150°C lower than glass transition temperature for selected glass compositions in mol%, namely: LaO22-24.7, BO24.5-25.5, GeO49.5-50.5, NdO0.3-3 or LiO 23.7-25.3, BO24.3-25.8, GeO49.2-50.7, NdO1-3 (over 100%) or LiO 29.8-30.3, NbO24.7-25.5, SiO44.5-45.8, NdO1.5-3 (over 100%).EFFECT: technical result is enabling glass crystallisation.1 cl, 3 dwg, 4 ex |
