The present invention relates to a method for inspecting, revising, reinforcing, and comparing analyzing safety of various infrastructures in a field in real time, which comprises the following stpes: (a) when a mobile terminal photographs a QR code, the mobile terminal safely accesses a main server, and the main server transmits electronic data recorder and an information history included in a relevant QR cod to the mobile terminal; (b) the mobile terminal transmits photograph information to the main server by dividing electronic data recorder having damage information from a crack and a loss of a cross section; (c) the main server estimates a detected crack position and a size of damage with a damage amount estimating program from photograph information on the crack; (d) the main server estimates a detected crack position and a size of damage with a damage amount estimating program from photograph information on the loss of a cross section; (e) the main server estimates a state evaluating level from repulsive hardness and carbonatizing depth information inputted in the received electronic data recorder; (f) the main server estimates a loss evaluating level of loss information through a state evaluating algorithm for each member; (g) the main server estimates the estimated state evaluating level and the loss evaluating level for each member with a level of a complex member and an integrated state evaluation; and (f) the main server outputs and stores integrated state evaluating contents including state evaluating information and an photo album with the electronic data recorder with recorded data received from the mobile terminal, and the state evaluating algorithm. |
