The present invention relates to a producing method of nanosized alginate hydrogel using a microfluidic chip, wherein the microfluidic chip comprises: a platform; a main channel; a first inlet channel; a discharge unit; a second inlet channel; and a fine hole array unit. The producing method of a nanosized alginate hydrogel using a microfluidic chip of the present invention can uniformly and rapidly produce the alginate hydrogel, and can produce a large amount of the alginate hydrogel.
