The present invention relates to a three-dimensional shape measuring device obtaining height information on a subject to be measured using a prism. The three-dimensional shape measuring device comprises: a lighting unit radiating light to the subject to be tested; a prism unit receiving reflection light reflected from the subject, and radiating the reflection light to an image formation lens; an imaging unit photographing the subject by receiving the reflection light from the prism unit; and a height measuring unit measuring the height of the subject based on an image photographed by the imaging unit. |
