The present invention relates to a producing method of nanoparticles, and nanoparticles produced therefrom. The producing method of nanoparticles can produce nanoparticles having a sea urchin shape by introducing a functional group of a sufficiently long-chain form on a metal oxide surface, can exhibit excellent antibacterial activity by easily transforming a cell membrane because a structure of the sea urchin shape is easily penetrated into the cell membrane of microorganisms, and can provide the nanoparticles capable of producing a more powerful antimicrobial surface by being easily used in surface coating. In addition, the producing method of nanoparticles comprise the steps of: (A) introducing a first functional group on a metal oxide surface; and (B) connecting the first functional group and a second functional group. The nanoparticles are represented by chemical formula 1. The chemical formula 1 refers to X-Y-Z-A-(CH_2)_n. |
