META-ARAMID FIBER HAVING LUMINESCENT COLOR AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a meta-aramid fiber having phosphorescent properties and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the meta-aramid fiber having phosphorescent properties includes: a dope forming step of forming meta-aramid dope by dissolving meta-aramid, generated by polymerizing M-phenylene diamine (MPD) and isophthaloyl chloride (IPC), in a solvent; a phosphorescent pigment adding step of dispersing phosphorescent pigments in the meta-aramid dope; and a fiber formation step of forming fibers by spinning the meta-aramid dope including the phosphorescent pigments. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the meta-aramid fiber having phosphorescent properties without dyeing the meta-aramid fiber.
