The present invention provides a transparent soundproof wall to remove dust by an air stream guiding and a water spray cleaning method, and a dust removing method for the same. The transparent soundproof wall to remove dust is able to easily reduce dust and reflection noise in real time by detecting the dust in a dust detecting sensor in real time and control and operate a water supply pump to correspond to an amount of dust generated in a dust and noise source; and is able to reduce the dust and the reflection noise of the road where the transparent soundproof wall is generated by sucking dust (fine dust) generated in the dust and noise source on an upper end or a lower end of the transparent soundproof wall in an air stream guiding method, and by cleaning the dust in a water spray cleaning method. The transparent soundproof wall comprises a concrete block foundation (110); a plurality of vertical posts (120); a transparent soundproof plate (140); an upper air stream guiding unit (160); a water supply pipe (250); a water spray nozzle (260); and a water drainage pipe (270).
