The present invention relates to an electrical connection device electrically connecting between a device to be tested and a test apparatus, comprising: a first supporting sheet configured for a porous insulating sheet of which a plurality of penetrating holds is formed on each location corresponded to a connection terminal of the device to be tested; a first elastic sheet comprising a conducting unit which is formed as an elastic material on a lower part of the first supporting sheet, and formed as a conducting particle is condensed on a location corresponded to the penetrating hole and an insulator which formed adjacent on the conducting unit and insulates and supports the conducting unit; a second supporting sheet comprising a porous insulating sheet in which a plurality of penetrating hole is formed on each location corresponded to a connection terminal of the device to be tested; and a second elastic sheet composing a conducting unit which is formed as the elastic material on a lower part of the second supporting sheet, and formed as a conducting particle is condensed on a location corresponded to the penetrating hole and the insulator which is formed adjacent on the conducting unit and insulates and supports the conducting unit. The second elastic sheet is positioned to be attached on the first elastic sheet, such that the penetrating hole of the first supporting sheet and the penetrating hole of the second supporting sheet is positioned in a row. |
