摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing the surface of a non-polished material automation pipe, allowing the inner circumferential surface of a deteriorated pipe to optimally undergo a lining treatment through a brush means and a striking means. To achieve this, the apparatus for processing the surface of a non-polished material automation pipe comprises: at least one cylinder; a first fixed plate; a second fixed plate; a third fixed plate; a fourth fixed plate; a fifth fixed plate; a sixth fixed plate; a rotation shaft; a drive roller; the brush means; and the striking means. The cylinder is connected through a first support shaft, a second support shaft, a third support shaft, a fourth support shaft, a fifth support shaft, and a sixth support shaft to form an outer frame. The first fixed plate, the second fixed plate, the third fixed plate, the fourth fixed plate, the fifth fixed plate, and the sixth fixed plate are connectively installed on the first support shaft, the second support shaft, the third support shaft, the fourth support shaft, the fifth support shaft, and the sixth support shaft, respectively. The rotation shaft is installed on each lower end of the third fixed plate, the fourth fixed plate, the fifth fixed plate, and the sixth fixed plate and is rotated by the power of a motor. The drive roller is coupled to the outer circumference of the rotation shaft, is rotated in a state where the drive roller is in contact with the inner circumference of the pipe, and allows the apparatus in a state of entering along the inner circumference of the pipe to be moved forward. The brush means is installed on the lower end of the first fixed plate and scratches the surface of the inner circumference of the pipe depending on the rotation operation of the rotation shaft in a state where the brush means is in contact with the inner circumference of the pipe. The strike means is installed on the lower end of the second fixed plate and strikes the surface of the inner circumference of the pipe, which is scratched by the brush means, by striking the inner circumference of the pipe.
