The present invention relates to a blood vessel tissue sampling method capable of maintaining the diameter of blood vessel by making blood remain in the blood vessel by deligating both end portions of a blood vessel sample to be collected. According to the present invention, a tissue sample can be obtained in a very easy manner, while a function of a blood vessel is maintained, when compared to an existing method; the blood vessel tissue sampling method of the present invention is very efficient, has a cost reduction effect, and enables a user to obtain a desired blood vessel tissue sample without an additional device.
