The present invention relates to a method and a system for automatically transferring stones. The system for automatically transferring stones, which transfers stones transferred through a conveyor device to a loading part using an adsorption device, comprises: a conveyor device which transfers stones; an adsorption device which transfers the transferred stones to a loading part using an adsorption plate; a camera part which is installed in the conveyor device and transmits an image signal generated by photographing the stones; and a control device which calculates the adsorption point of the stone using the image signal and controls the adsorption plate to be located in the adsorption point and adsorb the stones. Therefore, the present invention easily calculates the adsorption point of the stones and previously detects the defects of the stones.
