The present invention relates to a cover for a gutter having water permeability. In a disclosed gutter for a boundary, an outer frame of the cover is extended to a fixed height upward and a space part for pouring a water permeable concrete layer is formed on an upper plane of a plurality of vertical plates. A steel plate for supporting the water permeable layer is installed on the upper plane of the vertical plates and a plurality of drain holes are bored on the steel plate at fixed intervals. A mesh net is installed on each upper part of the drain holes of the steel plate for supporting the water permeable layer. The water permeable concrete layer which is formed by mixing a water permeable high strength cement, an aggregate and water at a fixed ratio is poured onto an upper part of the steel pate for supporting the water permeable layer, in order for an upper plane of the water permeable layer to coincide with an upper plane of the outer frame. Therefore, the cover of the present invention can reduce inconvenience of a passing vehicle and a passing pedestrian caused by drain fault like water ponding on the road due to gradient fault and subsidence of the gutter and also can prevent an accident of the pedestrian. |
