The present invention is to provide a system, a method, a terminal, and a computer-readable medium for providing an information search function on a dialer screen which enable a user to conveniently and easily check information of a counterpart to call on the dialer screen. The method for providing an information search function on a dialer screen includes the following steps: receiving input of a search word on the dialer screen; transmitting the search word to a search platform server; receiving a search result for the search word from the search platform server; and displaying the search result. The step of receiving input of the search word comprises the following steps: receiving input of a plurality of keys through a keypad of the dialer screen; displaying Korean characters, English characters, and numbers corresponding to the keys in a list; and receiving a selection of the search word in the list. |
