The present invention relates to a hypersensitive probe capable of binding to DNA or RNA of human papilloma virus, a human papilloma virus detection kit which comprises the same and uses a microarray, and an analysis kit for a human papilloma virus genotype for determining genotypes. More specifically, provided is a method and a kit for analyzing genotypes, which ensure remarkably outstanding specificity and sensitivity compared to a conventionally used probe and a DNA chip using the probe. To this end, the probe of the present invention is selected from the group composed of base sequences represented by sequence number 1 to 114, and oligonucleotides having base sequences complementary to the base sequences above. |
