The present invention relates to a remote sound tuning system using a wireless mike and a method thereof. The remote sound tuning system includes: a wireless mike transmitter which receives a sound source for tuning from a tuning target sound system, converts the sound source into electromagnetic waves, and outputs the electromagnetic waves; a wireless mike receiver which transmits analyzed voltage error information in frequencies to a server through a network; a server which stores sound pressure contrast voltage error information in frequencies and transmits the sound pressure contrast voltage error information based on a request of a tuner; a graphic user interface (GUI) which displays the voltage error information in frequencies in a graph; and the tuning target sound system which has a speaker management system.
