The present invention relates to a boron-containing organic semiconductor compound, a method for manufacturing the boron-containing organic semiconductor compound, and a piezoelectric device comprising the boron-containing organic semiconductor compound. The boron-based organic semiconductor compound according to an embodiment of the present invention has high opening voltage value caused by low homo level, and has excellent charge fluidity and high oxidation resistance by increased electron density.
