The present invention relates to an indoor heat exchanger for a vehicle, comprising: an inner cool storage tube penetrated and formed with a cool storage medium flow path; an outer cooling medium tube penetrated and formed with a cooling medium channel in which a cooling medium is penetrated, for covering the portion of the outer circumference of the inner cool storage tube; and a pin in contact with the outer surface of the outer coolant tube. The outer coolant tube is capable of cool-storing the cool storage medium of the inner cool storage tube, while exchanging the heat with air and a pin by the broad area for the heat exchange, and having high heat transfer efficiency of the air and the coolant. |
