The present invention relates to a gas separation apparatus and a gas separation method using the same. According to the present invention, the gas separation apparatus can solve problems which can be disadvantages of a prior art and are associated with the following causes: an increase in process costs incurred by high-priced hollow membranes; procedural inconvenience due to the use of high-pressure devices and also by being supervised and managed by related statute; and a waste of raw materials and environmental pollution due to release of methane during a process stabilization period. To this end, the gas separation apparatus of the present invention includes: (A) a biogas supply part supplying biogas containing carbon dioxide and methane; (B) a dehumidifying part removing moisture in the biogas supplied from the biogas supply part; (C) a desiloxane part removing siloxane in the biogas dehumidified from the dehumidifying part; (D) a gas separation part separating methane and carbon dioxide from the biogas discharged from the desiloxane part; (E) a methane collecting part collecting methane-rich gas discharged from the gas separation part; and (F) a carbon dioxide collecting part collecting carbon dioxide-rich gas discharged from the gas separation part.
