摘要 The production of a photovoltaic device comprises: the provision of a substrate that is transparent across all or part of the solar spectrum; the formation, on the substrate, of a stack of thin layers including a first layer forming a rear electrode, a photoabsorptive second layer that absorbs light across the solar spectrum, a third layer (60) forming a front electrode, and a fourth buffer layer between the second and third layers, said stack forming a plurality of adjacent photovoltaic cells on the substrate; the formation of a plurality of holes (70) in each cell, each hole extending through the thickness of the first, second, third and fourth layers (60) so as to open onto the substrate, comprising the use of at least a first lift-off step using a first set of elements of a first resin that are deposited on the substrate prior to the formation of the first layer; and the electrical in-series connection of all or some of the adjacent cells by means of monolithic interconnection, using a second set of elements of a second resin that are deposited on the substrate prior to the formation of the first layer. The invention also relates to a method for the production of the photovoltaic device.
