AMD3100 according to the present invention can effectively prevent or treat of bone diseases by increasing the SDF-1 level in the blood, inducing mobilization of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cell (HSPC) from the bone to the blood, and reducing the deposition of osteoclast on the bone marrow. |
