A hydraulic drive system for an operation table comprises an oil supply device (20), an oil return device (18) and at least one hydraulic oil cylinder circuit assembly; the hydraulic oil cylinder circuit assembly comprises hydraulic oil cylinders (281, 282, 283, 284, 285), first two-position two-way solenoid directional valves (241, 243, 245, 247, 249) and second two-position two-way solenoid directional valves (242, 244, 246, 248, 240); the hydraulic oil cylinder (281) comprises a non-rod chamber (2811), and a rod chamber (2812) having a piston rod (2813); in a first working state, the oil supply device (20) supplies hydraulic oil to the first two-position two-way solenoid directional valves (241, 243, 245, 247, 249); and in a second working state, the oil supply device (20) supplies hydraulic oil to the second two-position two-way solenoid directional valves (242, 244, 246, 248, 240). Only one oil supply device (20) needs to be arranged, and control over the reciprocating action of any single hydraulic oil cylinder can be achieved by controlling switchover and switch-on of the first two-position two-way solenoid directional valves (281，282，283，284，285), the second two-position two-way solenoid directional valves (242, 244, 246, 248, 240), the oil supply device (20) and the oil return device (18), and thus the structure of the entire drive system is simplified and the cost is reduced. |
