A touchscreen and a display device. The touchscreen comprises: an array substrate (1) and an alignment substrate (2) which are oppositely arranged, and a touch control detection chip for detecting a touch, wherein the array substrate (1) comprises a first predetermined number of first self-capacitance electrodes (3) and a first predetermined number of first leading-out wires(4), and the alignment substrate (2) comprises a second predetermined number of second self-capacitance electrodes (5) and a second predetermined number of second leading-out wires (6), wherein the projections of the first self-capacitance electrodes (3) on the alignment substrate (2) fall within a region of the alignment substrate (2) in which the second self-capacitance electrodes (5) are not arranged. By means of arranging the first self-capacitance electrodes (3) on the array substrate (1), arranging the second self-capacitance electrodes (5) on the alignment substrate (2), and having the projections of the first self-capacitance electrodes (3) on the alignment substrate (2) fall in a region of the alignment substrate (2) in which the second self-capacitance electrodes (5) are not arranged, the number of leading-out wires which need to be arranged on the array substrate (1) or the alignment substrate (2) is reduced while ensuring the normal touch function of the touchscreen. Therefore, the width of the frame region of the array substrate (1) or the alignment substrate (2) can be accordingly reduced, thereby realizing a narrow frame of the touchscreen. |
