The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cylinder block for a hydraulic pump, effectively joining an inner pipe and a curved plate, which function as an abrasion resisting material, to a block groove and a curved groove of the cylinder block. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing the cylinder block for the hydraulic pump comprises: a curved plate plating step (S150) of plating the outer surface of a curved material (42) with an upper surface and a lower surface having a curved part (42a) and a plane part (42b), respectively; a curved plate placing step (S160) for placing the curved material (42) in such a manner that the curved part (42a) is positioned toward the upside; a body placing step (S170) of placing a body (20) on the upper side of the curved material (42) placed in the curved plate placing step (S160) in such a manner where the curved groove (16) of the body (20) is in close contact with the curved part of the curved material (42); an inner pipe insertion step (S180) of inserting an inner pipe (30) from an upper side of the block groove (14) of the body (20); a joining step (S190) of joining each part through diffusion in such a manner that the body (20), the curved material (42) and the cylinder block (10) in a state where the inner pipe (30) is coupled are input into a vacuum path and heated; a step (S200) of processing the plane part (42b) of the curved material (42) to have a curvature equal to the curvature of the curved part (42a), thereby completely forming the shape of a curved plate (40). According to the present invention, material costs can be reduced, and work efficiency can be improved. |
