(a) a polypeptide having at least 90% sequence identity to amino acids 24 to 406 of SEQ ID NO: 2 or at least 90% sequence identity to amino acids 24 to 406 of SEQ ID NO: 6; (b) a variant of amino acids 24 to 406 of SEQ ID NO: 2, or of amino acids 24 to 406 of SEQ ID No: 6, comprising a substitution, deletion, and/or insertion at one or more positions; and (c) a fragment of the polypeptide of (a), or (b), that has xylanase activity. |
