A wireless communication terminal is disclosed. The wireless communication terminal includes a transmission/reception unit for transmitting/receiving a wireless signal; and a processor for controlling an operation of the wireless communication terminal. The transmission/reception unit receives a first frame indicating that there is data to be transmitted by a base wireless communication terminal to multiple wireless communication terminals including the wireless communication terminal, and receives data on the basis of the first frame. The base wireless communication terminal is any one wireless communication terminal other than the multiple wireless communication terminals.
