The present invention relates to a computer aided diagnosis apparatus which supports detection of a region of interest based on a size of region of interest model. According to an embodiment, the apparatus of the present invention comprises: an image receiving unit which sequentially receives images; a region of interest obtaining unit which obtains a region of interest from a current image received based on a size of region of interest transformation model; and a region of interest output unit which outputs visual information displaying the obtained region of interest on a screen.
