Provided is a quantum dot transfer printing method for improving a transfer rate. The quantum dot transfer printing method includes a step of forming a quantum dot layer on a donor substrate, a step of picking up the quantum dot layer by using a stamp, a step of bonding the quantum dot layer to an intaglio substrate by using the stamp, and a step of separating the stamp from the intaglio substrate. A subminiature quantum dot pattern can be transferred with a high transfer rate by the quantum dot transfer printing method. Thereby, a high integration quantum dot electronic device having superior performance and a high-definition ultrathin wearable quantum dot light emitting device can be realized.
