The present invention provides an electrode active material slurry for a secondary battery, comprising: an electrode active material; a conductive material; a binder; a solvent; and a dispersing agent. The dispersing agent comprises one compound or at least one mixture selected from the group consisting of an isocyanate-based compound and a multifunctional tertiary polyamine-based compound. The electrode active material slurry according to the present invention can improve surface resistance through improving dispersion even if using a high concentration conductive material.
